We deliver to the whole of the United Kingdom, with free delivery on orders of £20 or more and tracking on every order.
1. Destinations, delivery times and costs

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours (working days) and are shipped from China. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or for reasons outside our control.
2. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
3. Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected within the carrier's deadline, we'll either resend it once you've paid the new delivery cost, or refund the price of the items.
4. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated time, or arrives damaged, email info@magnelena.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll look into it with the carrier and send you a replacement or a full refund.
5. VAT, duties and customs
Our prices include VAT and any import charges. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
