Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for any reason – and returns are free. UK law gives you 14 days (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013); we give you more.
1. How to return an order
- Email us at info@magnelena.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. You can use the cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
- Within 24–48 hours we'll send you instructions and a free returns label.
- Send the items back within 14 days of your message to our returns centre: Partida Saladas 1013A, 03295 Elche (Alicante), Spain.
2. Condition of items
For hygiene reasons, clips should be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.
3. Return costs
Returns are free: we cover the cost of sending the items back.
4. Refunds
We'll refund the price of the items and your original delivery charge (up to the cost of our standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method, at no cost to you.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@magnelena.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you free of charge. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Model cancellation form
Only complete and return this form if you wish to cancel the contract.
